Our best
iberian hams

DOP LOS PEDROCHES, BELLOTA 100% IBERIAN.

Our pigs are reared through extensive breeding in the best Cordovan dehesas and fed with acorns during the Montanera stage. During the production process, the ham is cooled down, salted, washed, balanced, dried and cured in natural caves.

BELLOTA 100% IBERIAN

100% Iberian pork ham. It stands out for its racial purity, its system of free-range rearing in the pasture and its minimum curing period of 36 months.

BELLOTA IBÉRICO, 50% IBERIAN BREED

Its production process takes place in natural cellars. Black hoof and fine cane. Its cut has a uniform colour.

CEBO DE CAMPO IBÉRICO, 50% IBERIAN BREED

It is surprising for its finesse and subtlety, evoking flavours and sensations reminiscent of the authentic flavour of the Dehesa.
